Pedal Mania is an indoor-cycling game. The game works without an account. If you sign in and link the game, your rides are kept on pedalmania.cc so you can see them here, on leaderboards and in leagues. This page says what we keep, who sees it and how to remove it.

WHAT WE KEEP

• Your email address, to send sign-in codes. There are no passwords.
• Your profile: first and last name, country, sex, birthday, weight, height, bike weight, FTP and heart rates.
• Your rides: time, distance, power, cadence, speed, heart rate and elevation, second by second.
• Your sessions: which browsers and devices are signed in, and when they were last used.

WHO SEES WHAT

• Everyone: your first and last name, country, sex and age group, and for each ride its time, average power, W/kg, speed and date.
• Only you: your email, birthday, weight, height, FTP and heart rate. Ghosts that others race leave out your heart rate and speed.
• Turn off SHOW ME ON LEADERBOARDS (in the game, or under Privacy on your page) and you leave every board and your rider page becomes private. Leagues still show members to each other, because joining a league is joining its tables.

HEALTH DATA

Heart rate and weight are health data. Linking a device asks for your consent first: your rides, including heart rate and weight, are stored on pedalmania.cc so you can see them there and on leaderboards. They are never used for advertising or analytics, and there is no analytics.

WHERE IT LIVES

On Cloudflare: accounts and rides in its database and storage, sign-in codes sent with its email service. The website sets two cookies, both needed to sign in: pm_session (30 days) and pm_login (ten minutes, while you type your code).

DELETING IT

Delete your account in the game (Settings, ACCOUNT, DELETE ACCOUNT) or on the website. Everything above goes straight away. See how to delete your account.
