RANKING
Every Pedal Mania rider by points from results over the last 12 months, the way ProCyclingStats ranks the pros: race rooms with people, races against robots, Track Cup sessions, league standings and the top of each month's route and climb boards. Each rider's card has their six specialties, OVERALL and TYPE. How it works.

HOW IT WORKS
POINTS AND THE RANKING
Points come from results over a rolling 12 months, as on ProCyclingStats, not from head-to-head Elo. A result scores by its kind and place, scaled by the real people beaten; robots count for little. Race rooms with people, races against robots (small and capped), Track Cup sessions and medals, league final standings and the top places of each month's route and climb boards all count. The ranking is worked out again every day.
RATINGS AND TYPES
Six specialties are scored from 1 to 99, mostly from the power profile, because most rides are solo: the best efforts of the last 90 days on a trainer or a power meter, against fixed W/kg anchors for women and men, with race results adding to ONE DAY, SPRINT and GC. A rider needs 3 ranked rides with power in 90 days to be rated.
- One day: Race results: crits, race rooms and Track Cup sessions (the power profile until there are some)
- GC: 60-minute power, endurance, and league and omnium standings
- Time trial: 20 to 60-minute power, weighted toward watts
- Sprint: 5 to 15-second W/kg, and sprints and primes won
- Climber: 10 to 20-minute W/kg, climbs weighted
- Hills: 1 to 5-minute W/kg
OVERALL sums them up, and the TYPE comes from the top ones: SPRINTER, CLIMBER, PUNCHEUR, ROULEUR, ALL-ROUNDER.
