REFUNDS

BOUGHT ON THE WEBSITE

On pedalmania.cc, Pro is sold by Paddle (Paddle.com), our reseller and the merchant of record for every order. Within 30 days of a payment, the first or a renewal, you can have that payment refunded in full, for any reason:

• write to support@pedalmania.cc from your account's email address, or with the order number from Paddle's receipt, and we'll ask Paddle to refund it; or
• ask Paddle yourself at paddle.net, Paddle's help for buyers, with the email address you paid with.

Paddle sends the money back the way you paid; your bank decides how soon it shows. The Pro that payment paid for ends when it's refunded. After 30 days, we still refund a payment if something went wrong on our side: Pro didn't work, or you were charged twice.

BOUGHT IN THE APP STORE

In the iPad and Mac apps from the App Store, Pro is an in-app purchase sold by Apple. Apple handles every refund of it: we can't refund App Store purchases ourselves. Ask Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com: choose "I'd like to", then "Request a refund", and the subscription. Apple decides under its own rules (Apple's guide).

BOUGHT ON GOOGLE PLAY

In the Android app, Pro is sold through Google Play. Ask Google Play for a refund under its refund policies, or write to support@pedalmania.cc with the order number from Google's receipt (it starts with GPA.): within 30 days of a payment, we refund it in full through Google Play.

CANCELLING

Cancelling stops the next renewal; it isn't a refund. Cancel where you bought Pro:

• the website: MANAGE MY SUBSCRIPTION on your page, or the link in Paddle's emails;
• the App Store: on an iPad, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on a Mac, the App Store, your name, Subscriptions (Apple's guide);
• Google Play: Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, Subscriptions (Google's guide).

Pro lasts to the end of the time you've paid for, then your account is on the free plan again, with everything in it. Deleting the game or your account doesn't cancel a subscription.

CODES

Pro from one of our codes is free, so there's nothing to refund. When it ends, your account is on the free plan again.

YOUR RIGHTS

This policy adds to your rights under consumer law and takes nothing away from them: the guarantees of the Australian Consumer Law, for example, or the right to cancel within 14 days that buyers in the EU and the UK have for many online purchases. See the terms.
